Artist's Description
"I don't think they are sleeping", is what most people say when viewing this piece.
This painting brings about many opinions ranging from excitement to disgust. Seven Sleeping Ducks is a showing of life and death and how we let our emotions dictate our opinions of it. Life is beautiful and it is cruel. When people view this painting it is different for everyone, but it always seems to bring about emotions. I created this work using a limited range of color to emphasize particular feelings. The meaning in Seven Sleeping Ducks is meant to be like life, hated and adored, denied and accepted.

After the hunt is always a satisfying feeling, to all hunters. And I can see your point of view, which I respect. To a hunter, they have bagged their trophies and their wonderful meals! To a non hunter, is may be distasteful, however I like your explanation of this piece Daniel. There are always two sides to every story! Nice job.
